IMDB User Comments

* *1/2 out of 4.
This film is so sweet, you may find yourself with a cavity the next morning. Unlike, other films the main character is not perfect and gets mad and does bad things she later regrets. The story deals with a famous fashion designer (Reese Witherspoon) who goes to Alabama in order to divorce her husband in order marry the son (Patrick Dempsy)of New York mayor (Candice Bergen). Cute, appealing little film is by the numbers and rather cliched. Fred Ward as Reese's father is totally wasted.

Rated PG-13; Profanity.
